Important Appointment Info

1. Please make sure you hydrate if possible before coming to your appointment.  This is important for starting a patent IV.

2. If you are considered a hard IV start, please advise the infusionist in your appointment information.  We have tools and methods to assist with making the process as seamless as possible.

3. Only 3 attempts will be made for an IV start.  If IV access cannot be attained, a $30 supply fee will be assessed. 

4. A support person will be allowed to come to your appointment for increased comfort.

5. If you are feeling sick or have a cold, a mask must be worn to your appointment.

6. Travel service is only available option at this time.

7. Clients are allowed a 15-minute late window before the appointment is cancelled.

8. If you are not able to make your appointment, cancellations are fine 4 hours before the appointment.

9. No shows will not be refunded any deposits and will be blocked from making future appointments.
